Cabriolet ventilation

The cabriolet ventilation system is used in plastic and glass greenhouses. The roof can be fully opened for this type of greenhouse. The ventilation windows usually open from the ridge and are hinged on the gutter. Furthermore, there are systems whereby the roof slides open fully by pushing both roof halves together. The greenhouse roof then hinges on the ridge and one of the gutters.
For both the traditional and advanced systems, the ventilation windows are driven via THG rack and pinion systems, which are in turn powered by a GW motor gearbox, the heart of the drive system. Push/pull tubes, push bars and drive tubes constitute the connecting components.
